Product Returns and Order Cancellations

Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products, you may cancel your order and return the product(s) within fourteen business days from the date of receipt of the order. We will refund the full value of the ordered and returned products.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of their intent to cancel within the period specified in the “Terms and Conditions.” The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the return is due to a defect, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
