1. Commercial Policy

1.1 The “seller,” AOGShop, offers products for sale on the website https://aogshop.eu, with e-commerce services available exclusively to end users/”consumers.”
1.2 The “Consumer” refers to an individual who acts/purchases outside of their business or profession. If you are not a “consumer,” we request that you refrain from making purchases on the online store https://aogshop.eu.
1.3 AOGShop reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not “Consumers” or those that do not comply with the general sales conditions of the AOGShop Seller.
1.4 These general sales terms and conditions exclusively govern the offer, transmission, and acceptance of orders placed on www.aogshop.eu between the online store’s consumers and the seller.
1.5 The “Consumer” must provide the “Seller” with a correct and complete email address or other contact information and agrees that the “Seller” may use these details to contact them if necessary.

2. How to Order

2.1 To place an order on https://aogshop.eu, users need an email account and a browser configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, enabling the full navigation experience of the AOGShop online store.
Steps to order:

Find the products you wish to purchase.
Add the selected products to your cart.
Complete the purchase process.
Choose a payment method.
Review your order.
Make the payment and confirm your order.
Receive order confirmation by email.

Your order is confirmed when you click the “Confirm Payment” button (Checkout) at the end of the purchase process. When AOGShop receives your order, a message will display on-screen with your order number and details. The purchase agreement is concluded at this moment.

Order confirmation will be sent to your email. It is recommended to print or download this copy for future reference.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
AOGShop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, even after automatic confirmation, for reasons such as stock unavailability, incorrect billing information, flagged fraud risks, unpaid orders after five days, or inability to deliver to the provided address.

2.2 AOGShop may not process orders without guaranteed payment, with incomplete or incorrect details, or if the ordered products are unavailable. In such cases, you will be informed via email. If payment has been made for unavailable items, the seller will refund the corresponding amount.

2.3 Fraud and Data Verification
Before processing an order, the seller may verify the address, credibility, and potential fraud. By confirming the order, you agree to these checks.

3. Guarantees and Product Pricing

3.1 Payment Methods
The available payment methods are listed in the website footer. Only specified methods are accepted; payments made through other means will not be acknowledged.

4. Order Security

4.1 The website uses robust encryption technology to secure payment information, which is encrypted during the transaction process. AOGShop is not responsible for damages from electronic communication issues, including delivery delays or virus transmissions.

5. Ownership Reservation

AOGShop retains ownership of the products until full payment has been received.

6. Prices

6.1 Product prices include VAT and are quoted in euros. Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and are agreed upon between AOGShop and the customer.
6.2 Prices displayed during checkout include all taxes and shipping costs for mainland Portugal. Payments should match the confirmed amount.
6.3 Price Changes and Errors
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, AOGShop reserves the right to cancel the order.

7. Quality and Warranty

AOGShop does not sell defective products or products of lower quality than the standards existing in the market. The main characteristics and ingredients of each product shown on www.aogshop.eu are displayed on the respective product page.
The products offered for sale on www.aogshop.eu may not exactly match their actual appearance in terms of image and color due to the internet browser and monitor used.
If you decide to exercise the right to return purchased products, AOGShop reserves the right not to accept returns of products that have been altered from their original state or damaged.

7.1 Night Vision Warranty

SPEC PRECISION Line of Night Vision
Spec Precision Night Vision Line of products is warranted free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from time of purchase by the original purchaser. Batteries are not covered under warranty.

In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, a BB that broke the lens or anything that isnt from a manufacter error.
Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than AOGShop or SPEC PRECISION .
This warranty is non-transferable.

NIGHT RAIDER Line of Night Vision
Night Raider Night Vision Line of products is warranted free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from time of purchase by the original purchaser. Batteries are not covered under warranty.

inFOV Line of Night Vision
inFOV Night Vision Line of products is warranted free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from time of purchase by the original purchaser. Batteries are not covered under warranty.

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1 Delivery: Where and When

We deliver products from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM. No deliveries are made on certain public holidays. Deliveries can only be made if the shipping address is a residential or office address in one of the countries listed in the “Delivery” section.
To receive your order, it is necessary to ensure that someone is present at the address. This service does not include scheduling or appointments, so the delivery will occur without prior contact from the courier. Delivery times may not be guaranteed during promotional periods, sales, holidays, epidemic situations, or stock shortages.
A delivery is considered complete, and the product is deemed delivered upon signing the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

8.2 Delivery Times

If you confirm your order on a business day by 1 PM and make the payment, your order will be shipped the next business day (weekends and public holidays are not considered business days), with a delivery time of 48 hours from the moment the order is dispatched. This timeline depends on AOGShop’s delivery partner and is not under AOGShop’s direct control.
For payments made via bank reference or bank transfer, shipping may take longer, as dispatch will only occur after payment is received, which can take 5 to 7 business days.
AOGShop is not responsible for delays or failures to meet obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure events).
We strive to deliver within the specified timeframe whenever commercially reasonable. Although this is our usual practice, timely delivery cannot always be guaranteed.

8.3 Partial Deliveries

Whenever possible, we aim to deliver all items in one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split the delivery, such as (but not limited to) when part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In such cases, the customer will be notified via email using the email address provided during the purchase.

8.4 Inspection Upon Delivery

At the time of delivery, the customer should inspect the package for any damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the customer should refuse the delivery, which will then be returned. AOGShop will refund the purchase and shipping costs once the warehouse receives and processes the returned items.
Any claim for non-receipt of an order must be made within 30 days of the order date. After this period, AOGShop cannot be held responsible for its loss.

9. Shipping Fees

9.1

Shipping fees are applied per order. The exact shipping cost depends on the district or country of delivery.

9.2 Free Shipping

If the order exceeds a specified minimum value and weight set by an ongoing promotion or AOGShop administration, shipping will be free of charge.

9.2.1 Exceptions

Free shipping applies only to mainland Portugal.

10. Returns

10.1 Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Customers can cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped. To do so, they should contact Customer Service via email at geral@aogshop.eu to request cancellation.
If the cancellation is successful, the customer will be notified by email, and the cancellation will be processed at no cost. If cancellation is not possible, the products will be shipped, and the customer should refuse delivery to proceed with the return. Once the items are received, a refund will be processed.

10.2 Return of Defective Products

Customers have the right to return delivered products if they are defective or do not conform to the order. Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the order. This does not affect statutory rights. If the claim is justified, the price and shipping costs will be refunded.

10.3 Returns for Withdrawal

If the customer is not satisfied with the products, they can return them within 15 calendar days of receipt, provided:

The products have not been used.
The product retains its original characteristics, and the packaging is undamaged (carefully opened packages are not considered damaged).

Products that cannot be returned include:

Altered items.
Used hygiene products.

10.4 Returns or Exchanges for “Pre-Order” or “Backorder” Items

Products specifically ordered as “pre-order” or “backorder” cannot be canceled or exchanged, except for proven manufacturing defects. For cancellations by the customer:

Any deposit paid will be retained as compensation.
If full payment was made, no refund will be provided.

10.5 Return of Gifted Products

Currently, a person who receives a product as a gift cannot return it. The purchaser must initiate the return process.

10.6 Exchanges of Products or Sizes

To exchange an item for another or for a different size, please follow the steps outlined in the Returns section.

10.7 Return Information

For returns, AOGShop does not cover shipping or return costs. Refunds will be made according to the original payment method. For payments via bank reference, customers must provide bank details to Customer Service to facilitate the refund.

12. Terms Applicable to Promotional Codes (Discounts)

12.1. When used in accordance with the established rules, a promotional code enables the user to benefit from a promotion/discount on the purchase of a specific product or a group of products during the period indicated/associated with the promotional code or campaign.
12.2. Promotional codes can only be used for online purchases made on the website. The sale, exchange, or gifting of a promotional code is not allowed. The customer holding the promotional code may not upload or make it available on any website or other public platform for offering, gifting, selling, or exchanging. Promotional codes cannot be used for commercial purposes.
12.3. The promotional code is connected to the AOGShop brand. It cannot be used in connection with another brand, company, or name. Nor can the code be used unlawfully, abusively, disrespectfully, or in any way that might harm AOGShop’s reputation.
12.4. Promotional codes are limited to one use per product and per order. They cannot be combined with any other promotions or special offers.
12.5. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
12.6. AOGShop is not obligated to reissue or refund promotional codes. However, if AOGShop decides to do so, it requires access to the original promotional code. Therefore, you should keep a copy of your promotional code, as it cannot be reissued or replaced if lost.
12.7. If AOGShop reissues/refunds a promotional code, the discount value can only be applied to a purchase of equal or greater value than the original purchase where the code was issued.
12.8. Without prejudice to other rights, AOGShop reserves the right to immediately invalidate a promotional code if it has reason to suspect the code is being used: in violation of the above conditions, fraudulently, or under other circumstances warranting such action.

13. Availability

The fulfillment of all orders placed on the website is subject to availability. AOGShop strives to ensure that all items displayed on the site are in stock. However, AOGShop reserves the right not to accept or to cancel confirmed orders for products that are no longer in stock. In such cases, AOGShop will notify the customer and process a refund.

14. Promotion Validity

Offers displayed on the website are valid only at the time they are shown unless otherwise specified. AOGShop is not bound by any offer in cases of typographical errors, pricing errors, or other inaccuracies on the site. AOGShop reserves the right to cancel any purchase made under such errors.

15. Liability

15.1. AOGShop is liable for damages suffered by the customer only if such damages result from breaches of AOGShop’s contractual obligations or are attributable to applicable legal provisions.
15.2. If the customer suffers damages related to the website, AOGShop’s liability is limited to:

Damages to AOGShop products or other materials;
Reasonable and verifiable costs incurred to identify the cause and extent of the damages;
Compensation, limited (if applicable) to the price of the affected products.
15.3. AOGShop is not liable for damages suffered by third parties resulting from the use of any of its products. It is also not liable for damages to the customer due to misuse of the products.
15.4. AOGShop is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect information on the website.
15.5. If damages result from gross negligence or intentional misconduct by AOGShop, none of the limitations in this article apply.

16. Governing Law

These general terms and all disputes arising from or related to them, including their validity, the use of the website, or any purchase made on it, shall be governed by Portuguese law.

17. Changes to Terms & Conditions

AOGShop reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers are subject to the terms in effect on the date of their order unless a change is mandated by law or competent authority.

18. Information on the Website

Although AOGShop works carefully on its website, the information, texts, graphics, videos, music, and/or other services may contain errors or be incomplete or incorrect.
AOGShop is not liable for any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the website, including damages caused by viruses or inaccuracies, except where such damages result from willful misconduct or gross negligence by AOGShop.

19. Trademarks and Copyrights

All brand names, product names, and titles used on the website are registered trademarks or registered names of AOGShop or other holders.
Users/customers are not authorized to use or reproduce any of these trademarks or names, as this constitutes a violation of the rights of the owners.
The design, texts, documents, videos, music, and/or other services on the website, as well as their selection, organization, and compilation, are the property of AOGShop and its suppliers.
Users/customers may only electronically copy and print portions of the website as necessary to place an order or use the website as a shopping resource.
No other use of the website or its materials is allowed, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republishing.
We do not manufacture or offer any products that are not owned or created by us. If you identify any item on our platform that belongs to you, please contact us at geral@aogshop.eu with evidence of ownership. Upon verification, we will promptly remove the product and contact the seller, supplier, or manufacturer of that said product.
